How we build
One building, six moments.
Scroll, and watch the same house move from a pencil line to first lights at dusk — in elevation and in plan. This is the sequence every Roomantic project follows, with a fixed deliverable at the end of every stage.

01 · Weeks 1–2
Sketch
Every building starts as a conversation and a pencil line. We sketch on site, with you — sun path, views, the rooms your days actually need.
02 · Weeks 3–14
Blueprint
The sketch hardens into instructions: elevations, sections, joinery details, a bill of quantities. If it isn't drawn, it doesn't get built.
03 · Months 4–6
Structure
Foundations, columns, slabs — the skeleton rises exactly where the drawings said it would. Weekly photographic reports keep you on site from anywhere.
04 · Months 6–8
Envelope
Masonry closes the volumes, openings become windows, the roof lands. The building starts keeping weather out and proportion in.
05 · Months 8–10
Light
Glazing, finishes, lime plaster, stone. Services disappear into walls. The site stops sounding like construction and starts feeling like rooms.
06 · Final month & after
Life
Furniture lands, the garden goes in, first lights come on at dusk. We hand over a home — and come back at six months to see how it's living.
