Osteria Luce

Osteria Luce was designed backwards: lighting first, walls second. Working with the chef's service rhythm, we scripted five lighting scenes that carry the room from bright noon service to a candlelit last seating.

The material shell is simple — russet plaster, chocolate timber wainscot, zellige behind the bar — because the light does the changing.

Tables, sconces and even the menu stands were drawn in-house, so the room reads as one hand from door to dessert.
